Joe Petramale, our Sales Director, has served as a core member of the AptAmigo team since 2019. From setting new record numbers as a sales agent, to launching new markets in cities across the country, Joe is the epitome of determination and unwavering perseverance.
As the Sales Director, he leads our Chicago and Nashville sales teams, oversees all the sales managers, and collaborates with the Head of Operations to make sure our scheduling and sales process runs smoothly.
His career journey began on a different path than the typical real estate professional: “My background is completely unrelated to real estate. I went to school for industrial engineering and ended up working in transportation logistics and sales. I wanted to make that jump into real estate, but never really knew how. Then, I came across AptAmigo. With my background, I’m all about efficiency since my education emphasized that, and this company allows you to be as successful as you want to be because we’ve made the apartment hunting process so efficient.”

When it comes to what Joe loves about his job, he answered without needing to think twice about it: “What I love the most is that I’m directly helping people. I get to help our clients effortlessly navigate the apartment hunting process and make their lives easier. I love seeing the team achieve the amount of success that they want. I get to be there for them by providing as much support as they need to find that happiness as well.”
The internal validation and satisfaction that Joe experiences everyday motivates him to stay at AptAmigo: “When I first started as a sales agent and got my first deal, I felt this rush of adrenaline and excitement that I never wanted to stop feeling. I still get that feeling everyday when someone on my team gets a deal and makes their client happy. I want AptAmigo to become a huge name and expand across the nation. The company has been growing so quickly, both in new and existing markets. There is still work we have to do, and I want to make sure that I get to be a part of it.”
