Instead of a stand alone apartment complex, Market Station consists of a collection of multi-use buildings. Here, intermingled retail, office, and living spaces take up an entire city block in the heart of Denver’s LoDo neighborhood. Of the 225 total residences on site, two distinct brands cater to different resident needs. The Flats contain 171 units in which “uncompromised form meets efficient functionality in European-inspired apartments,” and the 54 modern-looking units at Fourteen 45 use a combination of upscale finishes, features, and views to “convey a concept that accentuates any refined lifestyle.”
While the two apartment types remain distinct in design, they share the community amenities, including valet indoor parking and on-site car wash.
