What Makes this Place Special: The menu at Chrome Yellow is a crowd-pleaser. With milky beverages, a variety of tea, seasonal surprises, and both sweet and savory snacks, this pleasant spot right on Edgewood Ave functions as a great coffee shop to do work in when you need a change of scenery. The neutral palette inside creates a calming effect, and outside you’ll find tables for those times when you crave fresh air and sun. Plus, it boasts a small shop with thoughtfully-crafted goods. Chrome Yellow is a lovely cafe to stay for a while.
What to Order: If you’re looking for a latte, the Vanilla Bourbon Latte is a must. It’s indulgent without being too sweet, a truly delicate balance.
Con Leche
Neighborhood: Reynoldstown

What Makes this Place Special: Con Leche is a real gem, tucked away in the always delightful, Reynoldstown neighborhood. Accessible by bike, car, and foot (just a few blocks from the BeltLine), Patrons come to the charming Con Leche for its stellar coffee, top-notch toast, and daily deliveries from Casa Cardoza (truly some of the tastiest empanadas). Con Leche’s got a handful of seats outdoors, so roll on up and plan to spend some time soaking in the sun, especially in sweater weather.
What to Order: Grab one of their seasonal lattes and a bean and cheese empanada (trust us!). It’s so, so good.
East Pole Coffee Co.
Neighborhood: Poncey-Highland and Lower Buckhead

The Little Tart Bakeshop

What Makes this Place Special: The Little Tart Bakeshop, affectionately known as Little Tart, is an Atlanta staple (and one of our absolute favorites). In the morning, swing by for baked goods that will make you swoon. In the afternoon, pivot to a glass of sparkling chardonnay and a side of marinated olives and savory sables. Their Grant Park and Summerhill locations are cozy and warm, and ideal for coworking, or swinging by with friends.
What to Order: Little Tart’s almond croissant is a classic. It’s always delightful, delicious, and flaky to utter perfection.
Bread and Butterfly

What Makes this Place Special: Bread and Butterfly is one of the most beautiful cafés in Atlanta. At this quaint, well-designed bistro, you’ll find a robust food menu of entrées and shareable snacks in one of the most divinely decorated spaces in town.
