Your Living Experience
1225 Old Town consists of Studio, convertible, one bed, two bed / two bath, and three bed / two bath units. Finishes and fixtures are the same in all of the units, with differing layouts.
You will have engineered wood flooring throughout the common spaces (excluding bedrooms), sizable windows, 9 ft ceilings, track lighting, and in-unit laundry in every apartment. Nearly every unit in the building has a balcony for your own personal outdoor space.
All kitchens have white quartz counters, pendant light fixtures, and tiled backsplashes. Most kitchen layouts have expansive counter space, which also translates into sizable breakfast bars. This can easily eliminate the need for a dedicated dining area. Cabinet space is also quite extensive in most layouts, and select units include an additional pantry. The Whirlpool stainless steel appliances in every unit include stoves have a gas range, and refrigerators with water and ice dispensers in the door.
The two words that come to mind when describing the bathrooms are "large" and "efficient". Featuring spacious vanity space with a single sink, and massive mirrors. Most units will have walk-in stall shower, and most units will have an additional linen closet for storage.

Views are not 1225 Old Town's strong suit, but you can still find some decent scenery. Lower floors west facing will overlook the bustle and architecture of Wells street, however low floors on the east side aren’t quite so generous as you'll be obstructed by surrounding buildings. High, east facing floors will feature views of the Hancock Building, amongst other towers.
Amenities & Policies
You have a fairly expansive amount of amenities in the building, when you consider the boutique nature of the high rise.
Once you walk into the spacious lobby you’re immediately greeted with a cozy fireplace and one of the 24 hour doormen. On-site management and leasing is located just off the lobby.
The gym is above average in offerings compared to other buildings of it’s size. Plenty of cardio and strength machines, along with free weights. From my time in the building, I’ve seen it get moderate use but never crowded beyond usability.
Also on the amenity level you’ll find a business center, a demonstration kitchen with commercial quality appliances, a lounge space, complimentary tea and coffee, indoor movie theater and outdoor sundeck. The sundeck has fire pits, gas grills, lounge furniture and a rooftop pool with fantastic amounts of sunlight.
For the pup parents in the building, 1225 Old Town offers a dog-run along with the rest of the long list of amenities on the 9th floor. The quick elevator ride is convenient for busy pet parents, and perfect for socializing your dog.
The last few details include a 235 space parking garage rentable on a month to month basis at $245 for an unreserved spot, and $305 for a reserved spot. As mentioned earlier, you’ve got 24 hour door staff. Additionally, there’s dry cleaning on site, Plum Market located in the retail space below and easily accessible from the parking garage, complimentary bike storage, and storage lockers available for rent at $35 or $45 monthly, depending on size of the cage. 1225 is a very pet friendly building with no weight restriction, although breed restrictions will still apply.
The utility package includes heat, a/c, water, sewer, trash, gas, cable, and internet through At&t U-verse. You’ll be paying $105 in a studio or convertible, $125 in a one bed, $185 in a two bedroom, and $240 in a 3 bedroom.
